Positively surprised...
...after a mishap (unkept promises) on the part of an employee.
Since I was not really enthusiastic about this fact, I had posted a corresponding comment on Facebook, whereupon I spontaneously received a very sympathetic and constructive feedback from the person in charge. He himself was also not happy about the way his employee dealt with his customer.
A heartfelt apology was made.
But not only did he keep his promise to write my house evaluation immediately and to explain it to me personally over a cup of coffee, he also took the time to apologize personally and to explain the agency's values in detail to me.
I think many agencies could still learn something from this.
I can recommend RMS Immobilière with a clear conscience, and I am sure that if a problem should arise, they will do their best to solve it.
In this sense, I hope for a good cooperation for the future.
